Back to work

Well vacation is over and i am back to work yuk. I just got home from a trip to Elko NV. No major problems exempt on the way over we hit a high detecter so i had to walk back 7000 ft approx 1.4 miles to the problem a carpet was hangin over the edge and hit scanner i got that squared away and headed for the headend it was way cold around 4` Degrees Si i figured i just 2.8 miles so i skipped exercising in Elko.

Biggest Loser

Well today I found my dvd of the biggest loser cardio work out. Michele and I went down to the theater room and did it it was tough today and I know I am going to feel it tomorow for sure. Also my 3 week vacation ended today so i got to get back to the normal work stuff like work.

Gettin goin

I am having a hard time today eatin right cause had I some pizza n cake bad me. I did go to the gym and did the eliptical machine for 30 min. I have a app. with my nuritionist/dietician in the morn. I am not too excited to see her. Firstly I think I gained a few pounds. Secondly I am going to have to get a letter from her reccomending me for wls. I know she is against it. My Dr. on other hand is all for it and my last app. w/ him I lost 5 lbs and he told me be carefull not to lose too much or my insurance will not approve me. So Im kinda in a catch 22 situation.

As all of you may know My goal for 2009 is to become fit and lose my excess body fat I am going to use this blog to record my excercises food choices and this is going to be my journal and my accountability page.
